1. General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to OKGo App and all of its associated services. OKGo App is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to players in Bangladesh.

By opening an account on the okgo app, using the website or app, or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali and are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh shall apply.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open a valid account on OKGo App, the following conditions must be met. All information you provide at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual is allowed a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be valid and active.
• A valid National ID card or birth registration certificate must be submitted for account verification (KYC).
• Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is not permitted.

If any of your details change after registering on the okgo app — such as your mobile number or address — please notify the support team and update your information as soon as possible.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use all services on OKGo App.

If anyone under 18 is found using OKGo App, their account will be closed immediately and any accumulated balance may not be refunded. We urge parents and guardians to keep their account login credentials out of reach of minors.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Multiple deposit methods are available on the okgo app, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to all deposits.

Minimum & Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash & Nagad)
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 (for KYC-verified members)

Important Notes

• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name. Using someone else's bKash or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• There is generally no processing fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees.
• Providing incorrect information during a deposit may delay your refund.
• OKGo App will never ask you to send money directly to a personal mobile number for a deposit.

5. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings or a deposit refund from OKGo App, you must follow the rules below. Completing full account verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (standard members), ৳10,00,000 (VIP Platinum & Diamond)
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

To withdraw a bonus balance, the applicable turnover requirement must be met. If the turnover has not been completed, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonus offers on the okgo app come with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. General bonus policies are outlined below.

Turnover Requirement

Every bonus comes with a turnover requirement — meaning the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a specified amount has been wagered. For example, a 10x turnover requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

• If a bonus is not activated automatically, it must be activated manually.
• Every bonus has an expiry period — if the turnover requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute at a reduced rate.
• Typically, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

OKGo App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If misuse of a bonus is detected, the associated account may be suspended.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on OKGo App are conducted fairly and transparently. Certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensure that every game outcome is completely unbiased.

• Game results are final. In the event of a technical error, OKGo App will investigate and make a determination.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, OKGo App will handle the situation in accordance with its established policy.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 48 hours.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okgo app. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Coordinated betting or collusion against the platform.
• Impersonating okgo app staff.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your OKGo App account secure. Following the guidelines below will help protect your account.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact okgo app support immediately and change your password right away.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

OKGo App may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• In cases of registration using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account.

A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 12 months). You will receive a notification in advance.

11. Responsible Gaming Policy

OKGo App believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a financial solution. We care about the wellbeing of every member and place responsible gaming at the highest priority.

• Options to set deposit, betting, and session time limits are always available.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to suspend your account for a specified period.

• Age verification is strictly enforced to protect those under 18.

12. Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions

OKGo App reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The notification method may vary depending on the nature and significance of the changes.

• For minor changes, a notice will be posted on the website.
• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account. Please contact support before the new terms take effect.
